Gossip Girl: Lil' J Gone Wild!

I KNOW! Can you BELIEVE my hair?
Whoa, Lil' J! We knew she'd be fighting with Eleanor this week thanks to some revealing previews, but we never thought she'd be cavorting shirtless with new model pal Agnes while a skeezy photog snapped away. Not to mention -- she actually quit! Quitting school was one thing, but quitting the internship that was supposed to be her ticket to fame and fortune is quite another.

Does Jenny really know how to start her own line? Does Jenny even know where to draw the line when it comes to wild nights out? We're still a little stunned by her half strip-tease with Agnes. Fortunately, Nate showed up before things got too out of hand, and these two look like they're actually going to give their relationship a try this time. But this is a lot on Jenny's plate, isn't it? A new line, a new relationship -- oh, yeah, and a dad who's not going to like these developments one bit. We can't wait to see what happens to her next week.

Speaking of giving relationships a try, well, that's exactly what Chuck and Blair are NOT doing. Yeah, we're disappointed, too. After weeks of Chuck and Blair schemes, the plotting and back-and-forth dissolved into a weak goodbye speech and kiss. The pair agreed that being a couple probably wouldn't work, so they'll stop the games for now and maybe revisit things in the future. We get why they're taking a break from it all, but as viewers, we feel totally let down. Half a season's worth of foreplay and nothing? Well, at least we got some hot moments (um, hello, opening scenes), and we now know that Chuck Bass can't resist the nape of a woman's neck.

While we're rehashing the Chuck/Blair letdown, we have to discuss Dan's involvement in the whole affair. We're not sure which is less realistic: Blair is turning to Dan for advice on her love life, or Serena blaming Dan when it didn't work out. Really? A few months ago, no one on the Upper East Side wanted to admit that Dan existed, and now we're supposed to buy that the fate of one of its most elite pairings rests in his hands? Or actually, Vanessa's, since she's the one who influenced Dan's behavior?

Meanwhile, Serena met a new love interest at the gallery, Aaron. What do you think of him? We're on the fence -- he seems nice enough, and we like the fact that they know each other from summer camp. He's certainly a change from Dan, but we pictured her rebounding with someone more like Nate -- the jock, frat-boy type. An artist will be interesting... that is, if he's still into her. We were as surprised as Serena when just as she decided to accept his dinner offer, he rode off into the Brooklyn dusk with another girl on his motorcycle.

So what did you think of the episode? Is Jenny officially out of control this season -- or just way more entertaining? Will Dan find something else to do besides meddle? And will Blair and Chuck ever make it work? Tell us all in the comments!

Nate/Jenny was awesome - I would lovew to see how this storyline plays out, the kiss was freakin' HOT and the chemistry was great. I think this story is going to stick for quite a while :)
Possible love triangle with VNJ? I can see it, but NOOOOO! Vanessa really got on my nerves - I was shouting quite loudly at her by the end of the episode.

C/B was heart-breaking, but as long as the games continue on our screens, i'm not complaining.

oh yeah, and I like Aaron :) The ex-husband as opposed to the ex-boyfriend made me LOL.

All in all, great episode, yeah NJ/CB was awesome :)

p.s. in the bathroom scene, Jenny was so TOTALLY checking Nate out ALOT. her eyes kept flitting as she was trying to answer his questions - be more obvious? ;)

Nate/Jenny's first kiss is one of the best first kisses I've ever seen and I've watched alot of TV. They are simply magical together and Taylor/Chace's chemistry is OFF the charts.

I'm so glad the writers realized their huge potential.

Haters to the left.

I cannot stand Vanessa though. She's a life ruiner.

I think Jenny is kind of getting crazy. I mean, she's only fifteen! But, for the sake of the show, I love where her plotline is going, especially when her dad finds out that she quit Eleanor's.

I disagree with you on one thing. I don't think the Chuck and Blair thing was a letdown at all. I think it was perfect and fit the characters perfectly. I mean, think about it, it's completely adorable that they're going to "wait" for each other. I think the fact that they're so in love that they are afraid to fall out of love is just amazing. And remember, they agreed to CONTINUE the games, not end them. What they are ending is the fighting and the destroying each other's lives. They'll continue on as Chuck and BLair do, just with more understanding of each other's feelings and where they stand.

I think it was completely Vanessa's fault. Vanessa is just getting on my nerves so much. I used to be able to tolerate her, but now I'm like "VANESSA! Just shut up!" Serena was totally right when she said it had nothing to do with Vanessa, it was about Chuck and Blair "two people who love each other." Aww... I think Dan was fine. It was Vanessa's fault, and at least Dan told Chuck that it was his fault, not Blair's. I thought Chuck was going to kill him on the stairs, though haha. But Dan gave Blair great advice about Chuck. He was really nice about it.

Aaron seems fine so far. I don't love him, I don't hate him. I can't really decide. He was kind of funny, but overall I like Dan better with Serena.

I'm still on the fence of whether the whole Jenny/Nate thing was cute or weird. I guess only time will tell. As for Jenny quitting her job, ITA, it was a big mistake. I mean Eleanor was totally messed up for stealing two of Jenny's dresses, but it's the real world, Jenny should know in the worlds of business people will step on you. But for her to actually think she can run her own line at 15 is just insane. She needs to stop taking advice from other 15 year old girls and get her head on straight. Chuck and Blair? Totally broke my heart, but I was kind of annoyed at Chuck. It's pretty obvious Blair doesn't want to wait, she wants to be with him. Seems to me that Chuck is really only thinking about himself here. But I am so excited to see where they go from now. But I can appreciate that they love each other so much that they are afraid if they actually say it they will fall out of love. In the end LOVED the episode, HATED Vanessa. She seriously needs to get a life and stay out of other people's business. I love how she oh so conveniently left out the part where she out of nowhere BLACKMAILED Blair, which lead to her and C "using her as catnip" while sobbing to Dan about how everyone else sucks and she's perfect. And her opening? Hello delusion! Vanessa needs to actually get a life and stay out of others and than maybe people will actually start to live her. 'Nuff said.

First
Nate & Jennys kiss was HOT!
the chemistry throughout the episode was amazing.
I'm so glad he was there to take
her out of that place.
and as far as the internship goes,
I did liked Jenny stepping up cause
Eleanor was getting so comfortable
I wouldnt be surprised if she ripped
off of Jennys designs.

Chuck & Blair were heartbreaking this episode.
def Eds & leightons acting were at their
bests in theirs scenes, especially the rooftop
and last scene.

I kinda blame Dan a little,
but it should be more of Vanessa.
shes always making people feel bad for her,
ohh cry me a river, she got what was coming,
stop whining and go back to where you came from.
shes so annoying, I'm sorry.

& Aaron seems awesome so far!!!
