Chloe and Oliver have great chemistry. I wasn't even watching the show until I saw a photoshoot of the Smallville cast and they were standing next to each other - pure chemistry. They made me watch SV and this scene was really hot, because even without removing clothes and barely touching you could feel the heat between them.

The scene between Stefan and Elena was just beautiful and very romantic. But, just wait til the damon/elena love scene....

I just love this new couple on Smallville, Chloé and Ollie are so great together, even if they don't easily express their feelings openly, there's a good chemistry between them; this scene of SPN isn't really hot, it's kind of funny actually, see the archangel Gabriel in a porn movie lol;
I love this scen with Stefan and Elena, they completely express their love for each other; maybe the hottest scene in this poll is Cate and Baze on LU, but i'm glad Cate's finally chosen Ryan

Of course, Stefan and Elena. All the way. They are the most beautiful and complete couple on TV for me. All of their scenes are different: passionate, cute, heartbreaking.
p.s. I've read some Delana's fans comments. Why are they always spoiling pleasure for Stelenas
fans. Oh, yes, it's their common behaviour. I don't remember such a stuff in the poll for best kiss from the Stelena's fans side.

Huge SPN fan here, but seriously? That scene was more comedic than hot. It was one final jab from the Trickster/Gabe and told how to lock Luci's ass back in the Pit. Epic Fail.

It's amazing how hot Chloe and Oliver can be without even kissing. I love that scene, epitome of chemistry.

Let's face it, some fans of these shows spent a sad amount of time online trying to make certain couples, moments 'appear' uber popular when really thats not the case.

Anyways I just wish Supernatural were on another channel instead of the deadbeat CW that no one watches in the States. All these tween shows are big yawner, man how I wish Supernatural wasn't on this network. I'm glad that next year we're paired up with Smallville cuz having SPN paired up with that twilight copy show was a joke.

Chloe and Oliver was nominated for a reason....They have major chemistry and they don't need sex to sell a hot scene...where is Clark and Lois...I like them but are they nominated? Huge Supernatural fan, but if your using this poll to gauge hottest moments or use it as a crutch to say "OMGZ look we're better" LOL I wouldn't take it to seriously... these are fan nominated polls and half the folks from SPN fandom in particular didnt even know such poll was takin' place and that nominations were taken, plus as someone said this isn't an official CW site so I wouldnt get all cocky over it.

Okay first off, these particular scenes were very dry and pathetic quite frankly... I don't know who nominated that Supernatural scene but thats not hot, ah well... still voted for my boys.

All these particular scenes down right give me the ick factor, its utterly disturbing that these are classified as hottest moments, especially the 90210, Gossip Girl and Smallville scenes are kind of pathetic, sex is used as a crutch to glorify a relationship plus the actors in these scenes are really dry. Guess I'm a romantic at heart and found the Vampire Diaries and the OTH scenes the best outta of the bunch, I know Vampire Diaries is gonna win so I voted for the Supernatural scene even though it doesn't mean anything its just a freakin internet poll. LOL, yet I still voted haha....

From the choices on offer, I'll have to go with Elena and Stefan. Where's Clark and Lois? Pandora was super hot!!! Justin Hartley as Oliver Queen used to be sexy as hell, especially in season 6. His scenes with Erica Durance as Lois Lane were smokin'! However, Ollie's sexiness has been diminishing lately, due to his abysmal story lines, and now that he's hooked up with the boring Chloe Sullivan, his sexiness has sunk to zero. I can barely stand to watch him now, let alone think he's hot! Watching paint dry is far more appealing than watching Ollie and Chloe get it on, quite frankly!

I find it amusing for those saying the scene in Warrior was anti-climatic! For those of you who actually follow Chloe and Oliver, that was *huge*. I wouldn't call it awkward, like a previous poster did, so much as *overwhelming* for Chloe and rather sly on Oliver's part. He knew what he was doing to her and she was both surprised and turned on. The chemistry between these two is so *palpable*!
So why did I and many others vote for *them* rather than the not-even-mentioned Clois? There's mythos... and then there's *defying* mythos to show a couple that would've blown Clois and Dinah/Oliver straight out of the water. We don't need the down-and-dirty to get our point across. These two have heat with all their clothes on!

And the others years, people were considering every category before choosing a moment and not just voting always for the same show without considering if they deserved to win in the category

I'm not sure about half of these nominations. Most of what is being labeled "hot" here was utterly tasteless, and lacking any emotional depth. For me, a scene or couple is only "hot" if there's a physical and an emotional component. The moment between Chloe and Oliver on SMALLVILLE utterly fails in this regard.

The scene makes no sense, first of all. Oliver drinking and doing target practice is such a ridiculous set up. The way it was directed by Allison Mack amplified the ugliness of the scene. There was no romance at all and there wasn't any hotness either. The arrow scene between Lois and Oliver in "Wither" from SMALLVILLE's sixth season was hotter than that. What's the key difference? Chloe and Oliver were just using each other for sex. This was confirmed on the show in subsequent episodes. That whole scene in "Warrior" was trying to hard and was such a lightswitch moment.

I realize that there are those who see that scene differently and this couple differently. Although I respect that point of view, I simply do not share it. That scene was cringeworthy. I guess for me to consider a scene "hot" there has to be a romantic and emotional depth to it.

There were far more romantic AND sexy scenes on the shows that were nominated. Oh well, good luck to all those participating. I couldn't vote on this one.

This site isn't an official CW site, so don't get your panties in knot over who and who doesn't make the poll. I mean half these choices are pretty lame but I digress.

Now I don't watch any of these shows except for Legend of the Seeker so I'm gonna give my take on these scenes:

1) Smallville: Uhh what the hell is that, I'm turned off watching this particular scene, it looks all emo and the two actors don't really mesh together. I don't feel the vibe, I was bored to tears.

2) Vampire: Not feelin' the love with these two, I found this scene quite campy and not very esthetically pleasing, the guy in this particular scene needs to keep his shirt on cuz he's really horrid looking and skinny. Big fat no to this scene, not hot at all.

3) Supernatural: Love the Winchester brothers funny dudes these two ah ha ha watching a porno on their computer not surprised but this BUT this is more for laughs, it doesn't really classify as hottest moment for me. Soo nope to this scene...

4) One Tree Hill: A guy and girl go skinny dipping, doesn't really scream hottest moment for me, I guess in a sense its kind of hot maybe for the viewers of this particular show but not for me. Although I gotta give a nod to the actor he's got a nice 6 pack;)

5) Gossip Girl: All kinds of wrong with this scene. I'm very turned off watching these two with strawberries and cream, geez now this horrid scene is forever engraved in my memory. *Sigh* The guy needs a serious haircut... anyways this doesnt get my vote...

6) 90210: I'm sorry but these two are not cutting it for me. Sure its hot having a girl strip down in front of you but I guess I don't really find two teens doing that all too pleasing. I'm gonna pass on this one.

5) Life Unexpected: Aww very lovely moment although I agree with someone who mentioned the horrid music in the background. I like this scene, it is kind of hot and much better the others, so I'll give these guys the vote.

Chloe and Oliver was one of the highlights of s9 for me on Smallville ...=) Chlollie rocks =)

Oliver and Chloe's so-called romance makes my skin crawl. Can't believe the show put them together. Talk about a desperate storyline!

i luv vampire diaires, especailly this scene. it's definatly a huge climax, they went from breaking up every other week, to having sex. paul and nina have so much chemistry, in my opioion.

Yeah, I know there was a sex scene. I appreciated the shirtlessness of Sam in that Sam/Jess scene. =] But I'm glad they cut the sex out of the episode. It would've completely ruined the flow and done nothing to further the plot. Plus, I didn't really like Lindsay that much.

Seriously CWsource, most of these categories are all about love. Supernatural's main purpose is not to show the main characters hooking up and becoming angst ridden soon after. It's a show about family and brothers and I hope it never strays off that course.

Hah, love the "this scene was for shits and giggles" it REALLY was more funny to watch rather than hottest scene. The cw must've had their eyes popping out when they realized Supernatural did not have a sex scene all season and must've been "oh no, this is the only show without that kinda crap!"

Dont ever change Supernatural. This show doesn't need to alter its creativity to follow the network hype. I really wish abc or fox would pick up Supernatural. I know a lot of people who refuse to watch anything on the CW because its all teen dramas - nothing else. Supernatural and possibly Smallville would be the exceptions but the CW hasn't seemed to emphasize that.

Now I can't vote for Supernatural and I see how TVD fans are enjoying the 'this isn't hot at all!' because in all honesty its not. It was a FUNNY scene and if you don't watch the show you'd be wtf why is this scene nominated.

Iva - low budget porno? It was Gabriel's Casa Erotica video. If you don't know what Casa Erotica is - its a porn. And well obviously it is. IT WAS MEANT TO BE THAT WAY. Gabriel's last message was through a porn tape he sent to the Winchester brothers telling them about how to defeat Lucifer. It wasn't intended to be hot.

But in truth, there's no way to please the Supernatural fans here. Cw source should've left this scene out, but then that would've enraged some fans saying that it gave the other shows more chances to win. But in actuality, there's no real scene for Supernatural that fits in this category because this season wasn't about any of that crap. Maybe make categories that encompass all shows next time. I'm looking at the list and it looks pretty good. But this category really shouldnt have Supernatural in it.
Again, Supernatural - don't ever change. The fans love this show for something much deeper than two brothers just hooking up.

And to the other shows: weren't those scene sorta generic (cept for smallville, the chemistry was off the charts despite no actual physical liplock or stripping like the other shows)? nothing special really. I guess its hot if there was only one scene in the entire series like that, but with teen dramas there's always a lot of it. Nothing special in my eyes.

Chloe and Oliver- I don't watch Smallville but that was kind of a bogus choice. Anti-climactic like the poster above said and not hot.

Stefan/Elena- Sweet and beautiful.

Nate/Serena- Ruining food for me. Just stop.

SPN- Not hot.

OTH- Cute but again not hot.

Naomi/Liam- Eh.

Cate/Baze- Actually hot, fun and sexy. But that hard music ruins it.

Smallville did have a hotter moment. The sex scene between clark and lois in "pandora, the arm punch between clark and lois in "rabid", the famous "hello" from Clark to Lois in the Daily Planet. Take your pick. Clark and Lois were the hottest thing on Smallville this year. This poll isn't even legitimte for smallville since its missing the hottest moments of the season. The only people who liked that scene in "warrior" were die hard Chloe fans. If you visit more general Smallville fansites that scene was not well received by any one other than shippers.

Megan - Sam actually had a sex scene but they cut it. It was with Lindsay, the girl from Free To Be You and Me. When he woke up at the end, he wasn't shocked about a girl being in bed with him, he just assumed it was Lindsay and not Jessica.

The Supernatural moment was definitely funny (I LOVE Supernatural comedy) but I probably wouldn't have put that down as hottest moment. Just a funny typical-Gabe kind of moment.

I thought the Oliver/Chloe scene had huge chemistry and was hot... seemed like super-sexy foreplay to me. So that gets my vote.

1) Chloe and Oliver Smallville - This has got to be the most dullest scene by far in this bunch, nothing remotely hot or sexy about that, the two actors look very awkward with each other, for a minute I thought it was incest... lets just move on.

2) Stefan and Elena - Meh, it was alright just another one of those generic love scenes. I dunno I guess it could be hot in a sense but really not my cup of tea. So nope doesn't get my vote.

3) Supernatural - I watch SPN but that was not hot, c'mon now even as a fan I can say that there was nothing remotely hot about that. Geez, c'mon you guys think this is sexy?? Whoa. Fail.

4) Brooke and Julian - A very cute moment, but again not really a "hottest moment" type scene. So again definitely not this.

5) Nate and Serena - What is this 9 1/2 weeks redo, lame lame lame, this was gross to see, nothing hot about it at all, it was like watching paint dry, perhaps the actors didn't do a great job I dunno but I didn't get the hot vibe or a sexy vibe at all.

6) Naomi and Liam - Yup another one of those generic scenes where the girl is naked underneath her trenchcoat and SHA-bang she undresses for the world to see, how original huh... Again maybe had they taken a different route with this scene it might of been hot, but again a big NO to this scene.

7) Kate and Baze - Looks like 2 sex crazed folks who haven't hooked up in awhile just havin' a quickie. Nope doesn't get my blood pumpin'

So I guess, my vote will go to no one because none of these scenes were the hottest moments.

I'm pretty sure there are other moments on these respective shows that triumph the choices on this poll.

Another choice from SPN that I just didn't find interesting enough to vote for. It is telling how bad the show became towards the end of the season.

That particular Chloe/Oliver scene stood out for me because even they barely touched or stripped, their chemistry was already way off the charts. The entire scene was so stylishly done, Allison Mack and Justin Hartley played it beautifully. Also, gotta love the fact that Allison directed it.

I voted for Chloe/Oliver (smallville) because while there's no kiss or hugs or even nakedness involved, the UST is so palpable. I don't need sex or nakedness to see the SEXINESS, SENSUALITY and CHEMISTRY of that scene.

I think that scene is very sensual. Compared to some of the other scenes listed in that poll, the Chlollie scene stands out to me because they are both wearing clothes, there are no kisses or anything blatantly "in-your-face", overtly sexual. But that scene just oozed sensuality. Eye-sex, hand-sex, Oliver handing Chloe his bow (which is VERY symbolic and full of meaning both sexually and emotionally). The words being whispered and the way he's touching her and enveloping her with both arms.

That scene was HOT with no ripping of clothes or tongues down each other's throats and I think that's a testament to both Allison and Justin.

Stefan and Elena... As for me, I was expecting this scene for a long time. 9 episodes were shown before we could watch Elena/Stefan's declaration of love. Oh, I forgot about the song. It was perfect...

I think that, for a moment to be hot, or hottest, you need to understand the two people experiencing it and really clock in with the workings of their mind, in the heat of the moment.

Therefore...Vampire Diaries would be the most deserving winner for this. We'd been wanting this confrontation for quite a while... and Elena & Stefan's montage was so yummy and heart-racing - all bare backs, jewellery, clasped hands and Elena's delicious 'O' in the climax of the scene...'scuse the pun ;)

What I said about knowing the characters would influence the 2nd choice - Brooke/Julian. But I think their sex, lies, videotape scene where brooke is wearing the heels and just the heels is actually a better pick for 'Hottest Moment'. I would have voted for that over VD if it was an option. :)

Cate/Baze actually had some action, but I found the scene to be more fumbling than hot. They would be my third choice.

I don't watch Smallville, but I'm hoping that the scene wasn't as anti-climactic as it looks :P I understand that nookie isn't always mandatory for a scene to be hot, but objectively that just looked like built up UST, without the release needed for it to be classed as "Hottest"...I would have thought Smallville had a better one than that.

With Naomi/Liam, you didn't really see much action there. So she turns up in the oh-so-original nothing-under-the-coat move, which Brooke OTH did so much better, by the way. And to touch on the LN relationship too, it's just awkward as you can see by the post-romp chat, and they have no soul together, she's an awful girlfriend and she knows it, she admitted it. He would fare so much better with Annie.

Nate/Serena? Gross. Meh, ew. Please, they just ruined strawberries and cream for me. And I hope they wiped the countertops after they were finished.

Hands down its Stefan and Elena, I don't watch any of these shows but I gotta say that was hot... I don't know the the heck was goin' in the first scene with that weird arrow scene those two look really odd and the 90210 gal and guy was just a generic strip down scene not really feelin' the hot vibe and the Supernatural scene was just odd nothing really hot about that its just two guys lookin' at a screen, and the OTH scene was a fun scene but not really hot, I think that Gossip Girl scene was hot but I'll give the nod to Stefen and Elena just saw more passion between the two.
